  1. Close any other applications or browser tabs that are using your camera or microphone.
  2. Refresh PingPong site: you'll be prompted to confirm refresh. Go for it because many times, a simple refresh resolves the issue.
  3. Still not working? Restart your browser: make sure that every tab is closed to fully restart the browser.
  4. Still not working? Restart/reboot your computer.
