We're excited to announce that our global tester pool is now 45,000 strong (and growing fast)!

This is an exciting milestone for us to hit, because the bigger our pool of quality testers, the easier (and faster) it is for us to find testers for your research - even for niche demographics. That means PingPong will work even better for you.

When we first launched PingPong for our own projects, we recruited most of our early testers from our own networks of friends, family and contacts. We'd post each new research opportunity on our social networks and wait for testers to join.

It's fair to say that our process for recruiting testers to our global pool has become quite a bit more streamlined in the years since! Nowadays, we have a much more developed tester recruitment process that helps to keep this tester pool growing steadily. That’s a big part of why we’ve hit this most recent milestone.

To coincide with this announcement, we’ve also launched some additional pages to give a better overview of our tester pools in specific countries: UK, US, Canada, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Spain and more.

And of course, even if we don’t have a large tester pool in the country you’re looking for, get in touch with us. We often launch country-specific tester recruitment drives in response to specific research that our customers need to run on PingPong.
